1. Online privacy statement
1.1 Traverse, an independent consultation company, is conducting analysis of responses to this consultation. Any personal information you provide will be processed by Traverse, in accordance with all applicable laws concerning the protection of personal data, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in force from 25 May 2018, to assist in the work related to the subject of this consultation.
1.2 The information you provide will be held and transferred securely.
1.3 Traverse logs IP addresses for the purposes of system administration and to audit the use of our site. We do not link IP addresses to personal information.
2. Information for those responding
2.1 Use of the information provided for reporting purposes.
A summary report of this consultation will be made available. Responses to this consultation may be displayed on a public website and may be included in published reports. A list of participants who have registered and a list of participants who have responded to the consultation may be displayed on a public website and may be included in published reports.
2.2 Attribution of consultation responses in published documents and on this website.
We often include quotes from responses in our reports. For quotes made by individuals the quote will be displayed but the respondent's name will not. For responses made on behalf of an organisation, the organisation name will be displayed together with the quote, but not the name of the individual who made the response.
2.3 Requests for confidential treatment of responses.
If you request confidential treatment of your response, we will not include it in the published consultation reports. However, your response may still be subject to publication or disclosure in accordance with relevant legislation such as the Freedom of Information Act.
2.4 Inclusion of personal information in the body of consultation responses.
If a consultation response contains a reference to the participant’s details, or details of other individuals or organisations, we will assume that the participant is happy for the response to be included in reporting documentation including any such details and that they take full responsibility for such disclosure.
2.5 Users are prohibited from impersonating another person and from posting material that is obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, or embarrassing to any person or entity, or any sexually explicit image, any advertisement or solicitation of business, chain letters or pyramid schemes. We will remove any such material at our discretion.
2.6 You may only register once for this consultation; during the consultation period, you can update and amend your comments at any time by logging onto the website.
3.1 This consultation website is driven by a proprietary application developed by Traverse. No part of this application may be copied or adapted without prior written permission from Traverse.
4.1 Traverse makes every effort to represent the information passed on to us by our client accurately on this website. We cannot accept responsibility for any inconvenience, loss or damage caused as a result of inaccurate information on these pages. Traverse provides links to websites maintained by other organisations as part of our service, but we cannot accept any liability for their accuracy or content nor do we endorse any externally linked sites.
